About the Role
As a Cleaning Staff member, you’ll keep event spaces clean, safe, and organized before, during, and after events. You help make guests feel comfortable while keeping every detail spotless. This is hands-on work where your effort truly matters.
Your Daily Tasks
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and guest areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors before and after events.
- Collect and remove trash and recyclables.
- Polish glass, mirrors, and surfaces to keep them spotless.
- Restock restrooms and supply areas with essentials.
- Rearrange spaces between event setups.
- Follow cleaning and safety standards closely.
- Report damages or maintenance needs to supervisors.
Candidate Profile
- Reliable, organized, and detail-focused.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during shifts.
- Comfortable standing and moving for long periods.
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Lives near Austin with reliable transportation.
- Available for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
