Preparation for the event involved extensive coordination prior to event day, including communication with onsite management teams, operational scheduling, and structured logistics planning to ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival through event conclusion.
Due to the corporate and government affiliated structure connected to the project, the activation also required detailed administrative coordination involving vendor onboarding documentation, finance compliance procedures, contracts, and payment authorization approvals completed ahead of the event timeline.
