Ricardo holds the title of corporate chef, he has 16 years of experience as an executive chef for leading hotels of the world and 12 years at several of NYC’s best independent restaurants. (Such as Le Coucou, Five Night, Pasty, Hotel Grand Soho, just to mention some)

He collects information on food trends by traveling the world.

He says “Being able to get out and immerse in the cuisine of the world has been an amazing learning experience for me and I enjoy every single opportunity to work in the field. It feeds me ideas to take home.” Chef Albert has worked in more than 120 events so far.

Miguel was trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York’s Hyde Park- the highest culinary school of French Culinary Institute Catering in the world. Miguel has experience cooking at over 120 events. His passion and experience create the most memorable dishes for our clients.

Miguel is  specializing in multi course dinners, hors d’oeuvre cocktail parties, buffet style dinners and brunch for your next special event.
