Job Overview
Banquet servers play a key role in keeping events running smoothly. Your tasks include setting up tables, serving food and drinks, and making sure guests feel taken care of. Events take place in popular areas like Tremont, Ohio City, and Downtown, so staying sharp and moving with purpose is important. You will work as part of a team to deliver great service from setup through final cleanup.

What the Role Includes

- Deliver food and drinks to guests with care and attention.
- Carry trays safely and follow service guidelines.
- Keep tables clear and the space neat throughout the event.
- Stay in sync with the event schedule and flow.
- Communicate well with your team and event leaders.
- Help clean up and pack equipment after the event ends.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong people skills.
- Two or more years of catering or banquet experience.
- Confidence carrying trays and following service steps.
- Knowledge of table settings and guest etiquette.
- Someone who listens well and works well with others.
- Physically able to be on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts when needed.
