We are hiring dependable, friendly people to join our event staff team in Cleveland. Grow while building real experience at local events. Requirements to apply for all roles
- You must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have valid work authorization with an SSN card.
- Follow instructions well, take initiative, and collaborate with your team.
- Show up ready to give your best at every shift.
- Able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
Know how to mix drinks and serve beer, wine, and spirits.
Stay organized and calm when things get busy.
Keep your area clean.
Be ready to stand for hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
You must meet the legal age to serve alcohol.
Have at least 2 years of bartending experience.
Certification like TIPS (if required).
Understand how to set tables and serve properly.
Carry trays with food and drinks.
Be comfortable standing for long periods.
Keep things clean and follow directions.
At least 2 years of serving experience at events is preferred.
Represent the brand with a professional attitude.
Enjoy interacting with guests throughout the event.
Show up on time and stay reliable for every scheduled shift.
Stay active and on your feet for several hours.
Follow event guidelines and on-site instructions with care.
Speak clearly and connect with guests easily.
Be friendly, quick to learn, and follow brand rules.
Share info clearly and represent the brand well.
Stand for long periods and enjoy talking to crowds.

Additionally, you can conveniently check the event’s uniform requirements using the link in the app. If you find you’re missing a necessary item and wish to take that shift, simply order the item online before your event day.
Taxes and earnings verification for NYE- Staffing
NYE does not withhold taxes from contractor earnings. We’ll mail your tax documents annually to the address in your W9 profile, so please review and update your mailing address by January 1 each year. Please consult a tax professional for all tax-related questions. NYE Staffing cannot provide assistance or guidance on tax preparation.

If you have earned more than $600 during the previous calendar year, NYE will mail your tax documents by the first week of February to the address in your W9 profile you had filled in our office space.
