About the Role

Brand Ambassadors help bring a campaign to life. You may welcome guests at a booth, introduce a product, guide people through a signup process, hand out samples, or support a client’s activation area. Each event is different, but the goal is the same: represent the brand with confidence, energy, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Experience in events, promotions, hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales is helpful.
  • Comfortable starting conversations with guests in busy event settings.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow event instructions carefully.
  • Professional appearance and confident communication style.
  • Available for flexible event shifts in the Dallas area.
  • Able to stand, walk, and stay active during long shifts.
  • Comfortable working with team leads, clients, and other event staff.
  • Reliable transportation to different Dallas event locations.
  • Able to lift light event materials, samples, or display items when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Represent brands at Dallas activations, corporate events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Greet guests and create positive first impressions at booths, displays, or event entrances.
  • Share product information, campaign details, and key brand messages clearly.
  • Distribute samples, flyers, giveaways, QR codes, or promotional materials.
  • Encourage guest participation, signups, product trials, and social engagement when required.
  • Help set up and maintain activation areas, tables, signage, displays, and branded materials.
  • Keep the event space clean, organized, and aligned with client presentation standards.
  • Support team leads during high-traffic moments or schedule changes.
  • Follow wardrobe notes, talking points, arrival times, and event instructions.
  • Assist with breakdown and return event materials at the end of the shift.
