About the Role
Brand Ambassadors help bring a campaign to life. You may welcome guests at a booth, introduce a product, guide people through a signup process, hand out samples, or support a client’s activation area. Each event is different, but the goal is the same: represent the brand with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience in events, promotions, hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales is helpful.
- Comfortable starting conversations with guests in busy event settings.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow event instructions carefully.
- Professional appearance and confident communication style.
- Available for flexible event shifts in the Dallas area.
- Able to stand, walk, and stay active during long shifts.
- Comfortable working with team leads, clients, and other event staff.
- Reliable transportation to different Dallas event locations.
- Able to lift light event materials, samples, or display items when needed.
Responsibilities
- Represent brands at Dallas activations, corporate events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Greet guests and create positive first impressions at booths, displays, or event entrances.
- Share product information, campaign details, and key brand messages clearly.
- Distribute samples, flyers, giveaways, QR codes, or promotional materials.
- Encourage guest participation, signups, product trials, and social engagement when required.
- Help set up and maintain activation areas, tables, signage, displays, and branded materials.
- Keep the event space clean, organized, and aligned with client presentation standards.
- Support team leads during high-traffic moments or schedule changes.
- Follow wardrobe notes, talking points, arrival times, and event instructions.
- Assist with breakdown and return event materials at the end of the shift.
