Event Bartender Jobs in Dallas
NYE Staffing is currently seeking outgoing and dependable event bartenders to support luxury private events, upscale weddings, corporate gatherings, VIP receptions, sporting events, and social celebrations throughout Dallas. Our bartenders work in fast-paced and exciting environments across Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Las Colinas, Highland Park, and surrounding areas. About the Role
As an event bartender, you will help create an exceptional guest experience by delivering professional beverage service at high-end events across Dallas. Responsibilities may include preparing bar stations, serving cocktails, interacting with guests, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting event operations throughout the shift. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, strong communication, and the ability to remain organized in busy event environments.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending, hospitality, catering, restaurant, nightclub, or event experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments with large guest counts.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset required.
- Weekend and evening availability strongly preferred.
- TABC certification or alcohol service certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to event venues throughout the Dallas area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain bar stations before, during, and after events.
- Serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional guest interaction throughout the event.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed.
- Follow all alcohol service, venue, and safety procedures.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and general hospitality support when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished work area throughout service.
