About the Role
As part of the NYE Staffing promotional team, you will represent brands at live events and help create engaging guest experiences through professional interaction, product awareness, and strong event presence. Promotional staff members play an important role in supporting brand visibility, guest engagement, and event execution. This position requires professionalism, reliability, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in energetic event environments while maintaining a polished and approachable appearance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in promotional staffing, hospitality, customer service, events, nightlife, retail, or brand ambassador work preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Comfortable interacting with guests, clients, and large crowds in public event settings.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude required at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active during long shifts.
- Weekend, evening, and flexible availability preferred.
- Reliable transportation to venues throughout Dallas and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Represent brands professionally at promotional events, activations, and marketing campaigns.
- Greet guests and create welcoming interactions throughout the event.
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, giveaways, and branded merchandise.
- Educate guests on products, services, or campaign messaging when required.
- Assist with event setup, booth preparation, inventory organization, and breakdown.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional conduct during all assignments.
- Support event teams, coordinators, and clients to ensure smooth event operations.
- Follow all event guidelines, brand standards, and promotional instructions.
