Weekly Pay: We process payroll every Friday via direct deposit (ACH). Pay is one week in arrears — hours worked this week are paid the following Friday. Make sure your banking details are complete in your profile to avoid delays.
Hotels, Homes & Events in NYC: Assignments can include well-known hotels and venues across the city and private residences. Examples include: Marriott Marquis (Times Square), Hilton Midtown, The Plaza, The Pierre, Conrad New York Downtown, Radio Hotel, the Javits Center, Lincoln Center, The Shed at Hudson Yards, Brooklyn Museum, and Pier 60 at Chelsea Piers. Event types range from galas, conferences, and brand activations to weddings and private parties. (Placements vary by client demand.)
Flexible Shifts: You’ll use our staffing app to view open shifts by date, time, and neighborhood. Apply to the shifts you want — once confirmed, full details appear in the app. Options include daytime, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights.
What You’ll Do
- Clean guest rooms, suites, residential spaces, and event areas to brand standards.
- Restock linen, towels, and amenities.
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety steps.
- Protect client and guest privacy at all times.
- Report maintenance issues and lost property.
- Support deep cleans, turnovers, and event set-up/breakdown when needed.
What You Need
- 3+ years of professional cleaning experience.
- Strong attention to detail and steady pace.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone for job updates.
- Able to travel across NYC (all boroughs).
- Pass a background check.
- Own professional cleaning kit and PPE.
- Clear English communication.
- Reliable and punctual; can take jobs with 24 hours’ notice.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
