The Hydrogen Showcase was the fourth event NYE Staffing supported for this organization. The repeat partnership came from steady work, reliable staff, and smooth event support.

Because our team had worked at the same facility before, planning was easier. Staff already knew the venue, the client’s needs, and the flow of the day. This helped the event start with less confusion and better coordination.

The event welcomed about 200 attendees. In the morning, four staff members greeted guests, helped with attendee check in, scanned barcodes with iPads, and helped guests find their printed name badges. They also gave general support and helped clean up breakfast service.

As plans changed, the client removed the midday shift. NYE Staffing updated the staffing plan so the team still covered the busiest parts of the event without adding extra staff where they were no longer needed.

In the evening, four staff members moved into guest service and event support for the BBQ dinner. They helped with food service, kept guest areas clean, collected trash, assisted attendees, and supported the final breakdown.

The event was led on site by Arvelia H., an experienced NYE Staffing team leader who had already managed past events for this organization. Her knowledge of the venue helped the team stay organized, communicate clearly, and respond quickly when needs changed.

NYE Staffing provided professional Brand Ambassadors for a two-day outdoor brand activation during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The setting was busy, active, and full of guests, so the client needed a team that could stay friendly, focused, and organized.

To keep the campaign consistent, NYE Staffing prioritized the same team for both event dates. This helped staff learn the activation, work better together, and deliver the same guest experience from start to finish.

Each day included five Brand Ambassadors. The team managed the booth, invited guests to join activities, supervised fair-style games like cornhole and lasso challenges, and helped with prize distribution.

The staff kept an upbeat and welcoming presence throughout the event. They encouraged people to take part while keeping the booth organized in a fast-moving outdoor environment.

The rodeo setting also brought real planning challenges. Parking was limited, guest traffic was heavy, and entry procedures were detailed. NYE Staffing worked with the client before both dates to confirm arrival plans, transportation, attire, and meeting points.

This early planning helped reduce delays and allowed the team to focus on the guest experience once they arrived on site.
