Events Across Las Vegas: Most assignments run on the Strip, with frequent shifts in Downtown and Summerlin. Venues include resorts, convention halls, and large event spaces. Travel notes are shared in your shift brief.

About the Role
Set the tone at the door and on the floor. Guide guests to seats and event zones, share key info, keep lines moving, and support crowd flow. Work inside resorts, convention centers, and nightlife venues.
What You Will Do
- Welcome guests and point them to the right section or entry.
- Run check-in and guest lists quickly and accurately.
- Give clear event info and handle simple questions.
- Assist with seating charts, wayfinding, and line control.
- Keep entries and aisles clear and safe at all times.
- Stay alert, spot needs early, and help teammates as the room changes.
What We’re Looking For
- Based in or near Las Vegas.
- Friendly communicator who stays calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with big crowds and fast turns.
- On time, reliable, and team-first.
- Able to stand/walk up to 5 hours; lift ~20 lbs.
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, promos, or events helps.
Minimum Qualifications (Las Vegas Events)
- Commit to 4–8 events per month; Friday/Saturday nights included.
- Regular access to email and text for scheduling.
- High School Diploma or GED; Driver’s License/State ID; Social Security card.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Good moral character; no felony convictions or crimes of moral turpitude or illegal weapon use/possession.
- English communication (spoken and written).
- Reliable transportation across the valley.
Professional Appearance & Grooming
- Clean, consistent, professional look. Natural hair color. Tattoos covered. No facial tattoos or facial piercings.
- Nails no longer than ¼ inch past the fingertip.
- Men: Hair neatly trimmed and above the collar; mustaches neat and not past the mouth corners.
- Women: Only stud earrings; minimal jewelry; neutral hair clips/headbands; natural hair color.
Uniform & Gear (Event Ushers)
- Black suit coat, long-sleeve white button-down, black dress slacks (no Dockers/Dickies), black bow tie, black belt, black dress shoes, black socks, and a small flashlight.
- Summer/outdoor variations may apply; details provided in your shift brief.
Screening & Compliance
- Background check and drug test may be required during onboarding or per client request.
- Follow all venue safety rules and client policies at all times.
