Qualifications
- Strong reliability and punctuality, must arrive on time and be ready to work at scheduled call times.

- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving equipment up to 50 lbs during setup and breakdown.
- Comfortable staying on your feet for long periods while remaining active, alert, and engaged.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high pressure environments without losing focus or professionalism.
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication and willingness to support multiple departments.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and last minute bookings.
- Previous event, warehouse, hospitality, or general labor experience is a strong plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, equipment handling, material organization and logistics support.
- Support full breakdown and cleanup after events.
- Help guide guests and provide general assistance.
