Event Bartender Job | NYE Staffing in Miami
Location – Miami, FL (Miami-Dade & Miami Gardens), United States
Join our Miami team and bartend luxury weddings, brand launches, and VIP galas across South Beach & Miami Beach oceanfront resorts, Brickell towers, the Design District, Bal Harbour, Coral Gables venues, Key Biscayne estates, Sunny Isles, Coconut Grove waterfront spaces, Downtown penthouses, and Miami Gardens stadium suites.
About the Role
Set the bar, mix, and serve with pace and care. Keep your station stocked, clean, and safe. Follow the captain’s lead so service stays smooth. We start with a short video step and a quick review, then onboarding to get you event-ready.
What You Will Do
- Mix and serve cocktails, beer, and wine quickly and accurately.
- Welcome guests, keep service warm, and manage the bar line.
- Restock ice, glassware, and product; clean and sanitize often.
- Follow alcohol-service and safety rules at all times.
- Assist with setup before doors open and breakdown after close.
What We’re Looking For
- Event or restaurant bartending experience.
- Knowledge of classics, clean technique, and speed under pressure.
- Clear communication and strong guest focus.
- Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Local candidates only (Miami-Dade & Miami Gardens).
- TIPS (or similar) is a plus.
