Event Usher / Wayfinding Attendant – Miami

About the Role
Keep guests informed and moving. Scan tickets, point the way, and manage lines so shows start on time. Help VIPs and guests with disabilities. The pace is quick, the team is tight, and your service sets the tone.

Your Day to Day
- Welcome guests and give clear directions to gates, sections, and suites.
- Scan tickets and help with re-entry and pass checks.
- Keep lines steady at doors, elevators, and club lounges.
- Support guests with disabilities; provide escorts when assigned.
- Watch aisles and hallways; call a supervisor if issues come up.
- Answer quick questions on timing, amenities, and rules.
- Use a radio or simple apps to share updates fast.
What You Bring
- 1+ year in events, venues, hospitality, or customer service.
- Friendly, calm, and clear when speaking with guests.
- Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable using your phone for tickets and basic tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Local only (Miami-Dade & Miami Gardens).
- Open for evenings, weekends, and holidays; okay with heat and humidity.
