Orlando-Area Events: Work bars at hotels, ballrooms, event halls, and private venues across Greater Orlando. Each shift can look different based on the client and setup.
Weekly Pay: Get paid weekly for completed shifts. Tips may be added when the event structure allows.
Pick Your Shifts: Choose available bartending shifts that fit your schedule. Pay can vary by event type and experience, and some events include tips.

About the Position

Bartenders step into the action and keep service moving. After a short video intro and a quick review, onboarding stays simple. Training covers event pace, guest care, and bar safety so the first shift feels smooth and confident.

What You’ll Handle

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with speed and care.
  • Welcome guests, manage lines, and keep the energy positive.
  • Stock supplies, organize tools, and keep the bar clean and safe.
  • Follow alcohol service rules and safety standards at all times.
  • Help with bar setup before events and breakdown after close.

Who Fits This Role

  • Experience behind the bar at events or restaurants.
  • Solid knowledge of classic drinks and clean technique.
  • Clear communication and strong guest focus.
  • Calm under pressure in fast-paced settings.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • TIPS (or similar) certification is a plus.
