NYE Staffing classifies all event staff as independent contractors, giving you the freedom to manage your own earnings. Taxes are not withheld from your pay, so each contractor is responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes. It’s always best to reach out to a licensed tax professional if you need help with filing or financial planning, since our team cannot provide tax advice or preparation support.

When and How You’ll Receive Tax Forms

Contractors who earn more than $600 in a year will receive their tax forms from NYE Staffing by early February. These forms are mailed to the address listed on your latest W-9 file completed in our office.
