Your Role at the Event
Promo Models bring the atmosphere to life. You’ll connect with guests, share brand stories, and create engaging moments that last. Each event is different, from launching a new drink to supporting demos at a major expo, and your presence makes the difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and confidence.
- Start short, natural conversations that highlight brand messages.
- Hand out samples or support tastings while following event rules.
- Distribute branded items and keep accurate inventory notes.
- Pose for photos and help guests capture fun moments.
- Keep the space organized, clean, and photo ready.
- Assist with booth setup, signage, and light merchandising.
- Follow wardrobe notes and arrival times with precision.
- Complete quick post-event recaps when requested.

- Spanish fluency is a plus for diverse audiences.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs for setup or teardown.
