About the Role
Bring brand stories to life on site. Arrive polished, friendly, and ready to move. Share simple product points and spark quick, quality chats. Keep the booth tidy, stocked, and on brand. Wrap the shift with a short recap when asked.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and set a positive tone from the start.
- Start brief conversations, listen closely, and share key brand points.
- Invite samples or demos while following safety rules.
- Distribute swag and track what leaves the table.
- Capture sign-ups via QR codes, tablets, or short forms.
- Support the lead with setup, signage, and light merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, photo-ready space that follows the brief.
- Follow call times, wardrobe notes, and talking points.
- Escalate complex questions to the lead or client.
- Close the area, pack neatly, and confirm counts.
Requirements
- Clear communication and a steady, upbeat attitude under pressure.
- Comfort engaging diverse audiences and shifting tone as needed.
- Punctual, prepared, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable standing and moving for long periods.
- Confident with phones, iPads, and QR tools.
- Polished, professional appearance that fits the event.
- Valid 21+ ID for alcohol activations when required.
- Promo or customer-facing experience preferred, not required.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Able to lift ~25 lbs for event kits when needed.
