Join NYE Staffing as an Event Brand Ambassador and represent leading brands at activations across San Diego County. Work trade shows, product launches, pop-ups, festivals, and nightlife events where you’ll engage guests and create strong brand experiences. This role is guest-facing and fast-paced. You will talk to guests, share product info, and support the team on site. We look for reliable and friendly people who enjoy working with others. Experience helps but is not required. About the Role

Qualifications
- Clear communication and friendly attitude.
- Comfort talking to different types of people.
- Show up on time and ready to work.
- Can stand and move for long periods.
- Basic phone or tablet use.
- Clean and professional look.
- 21+ for some events.
- Experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and start conversations.
- Share product info in a simple way.
- Offer samples or demos when needed.
- Hand out promo items.
- Keep your space clean and organized.
- Help with setup and breakdown.
Skills
- Speaks clearly and listens with attention, making it easy for guests to understand and feel comfortable.
- Customer service: creating a positive experience by being friendly, respectful, and helpful with every guest.
