About the Role
This position involves setting up bar stations, serving cocktails, beer, and wine, and keeping the space neat and stocked. Our team supports you from the first video step through onboarding, so you’re ready for your first San Diego event without hassle.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with speed and accuracy.
- Welcome and engage with guests in a positive, friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Follow alcohol safety standards at all times.
- Assist with setup and breakdown before and after each event.
Requirements
- Two or more years of bartending experience in events, restaurants, or bars.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Good communication and strong customer focus.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Must be 21+ and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- TIPS or similar certification is a plus.
