About the Role
This position involves setting up bar stations, serving cocktails, beer, and wine, and keeping the space neat and stocked. Our team supports you from the first video step through onboarding, so you’re ready for your first San Diego event without hassle.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of bartending experience in events, restaurants, or bars.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Good communication and strong customer focus.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Must be 21+ and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- TIPS or similar certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
- Provide friendly, professional guest service and create a welcoming bar environment.
- Manage bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout service.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety regulations at all times.
- Support event operations through timely bar setup and breakdown.
