- Authorized to work in the United States with a valid Social Security Number.
- Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly with team members.

Earnings and Tax Overview
Working with NYE Staffing means you operate as an independent contractor. This gives you the flexibility to manage your own time and decide how much you want to earn. With that freedom comes responsibility. Taxes are not deducted from your payments, so you will need to track your income and handle your own filings. Staying organized throughout the year makes the process much easier. Many contractors choose to work with a licensed tax professional to avoid errors and keep everything on track. This can be especially useful when tax season arrives. We do not provide tax advice or assist with filing.
When and How You’ll Receive Tax Forms
If your total earnings reach $600 or more within a calendar year, you will receive a tax form from NYE Staffing. These documents are typically sent out by early February. Your form will be mailed to the address listed on your most recent W-9. To avoid delays, make sure your information is always up to date. Once your form arrives, you can move forward with filing on time and staying compliant with federal requirements.
