About the Role
Bartenders play a central role in live events. You’ll manage bar setup, prepare drinks, interact with guests, and maintain an organized station while delivering fast, high-quality service. This is a high-energy role where presentation, speed, and professionalism directly impact the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine efficiently in high-volume event environments.
- Set up bar stations, organize supplies, and ensure readiness before service begins.
- Deliver professional guest service and maintain a welcoming bar atmosphere.
- Manage bar flow, handle lines, and maintain speed without compromising drink quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout the event.
- Follow responsible alcohol service standards and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with bar breakdown and post-event cleanup.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in events, restaurants, or hospitality settings.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine service.
- Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- TIPS certification or equivalent is preferred.
