Role Snapshot
Set tables, serve food and drinks, clear during service, and keep the space spotless. Partner with the event captain and your team to stay on time. Each venue is different, so you’ll learn quickly and sharpen your hospitality skills.
Key Duties
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, and complete place settings.
- Serve food and beverages with a warm, polished approach.
- Clear plates, glassware, and trash during and after service.
- Keep the event area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow the captain’s directions and adapt as plans change.
- Work together to deliver a great guest experience.
What You Bring
- Friendly, respectful attitude with guests and teammates.
- Ability to follow directions with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort standing for extended periods.
- Strength to carry trays up to 25 lbs.
- Serving or event experience (preferred, not required).
- Local to San Diego County.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays.
