Bring brand stories to life at live events across San Diego. Show up polished, friendly, and ready to move. Share product facts in simple terms and spark quick conversations. Keep the booth tidy, stocked, and on-brand. Wrap the shift strong with a brief recap when asked.

Core Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and set the tone right away.
• Start short chats, listen well, and share key points the client provides.
• Guide people to try samples or demos while following safety rules.
• Hand out swag and track what leaves the table.
• Invite sign-ups with QR codes, tablets, or short forms.
• Support the lead with setup, signage, and light merch tasks.
• Keep the space neat, photo-ready, and aligned with the brief.
• Follow call times, wardrobe notes, and brand talking points.
• Flag questions you can’t answer to the lead or client contact.
• Close down the area, pack items with care, and confirm counts.

Qualifications

• Communicate clearly and stay upbeat under pressure.
• Connect with many kinds of people and switch tone as needed.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to help the team.
• Stand, walk, and stay active for long periods.
• Use phones, iPads, and QR tools with ease.
• Keep a clean, professional look that matches the event.
• Hold a valid 21+ ID for alcohol activations when required.
• Bring prior promo or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required).
• Speak Spanish as a plus in many neighborhoods.
• Lift up to ~25 lbs for event kits when needed.

Nice-to-Haves

• TIPS/LEAD or similar training for sampling.
• Social content sense to encourage guest photos (when allowed).
• Reliable transport across San Diego County and nearby venues.
