Job Overview

NYE Staffing is hiring brand ambassadors and production assistants to support events throughout San Francisco. Main Duties

  • Represent client brands in a positive, professional way.
  • Support production teams with event coordination and flow.
  • Greet guests, answer questions, and share brand details.
  • Distribute flyers, merchandise, and promo materials during activations.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and build guest connections.
  • Assist with setup and teardown of displays, booths, and equipment.
  • Transport supplies to and from venues when required.
  • Keep operations smooth and help deliver memorable experiences.

Requirements

  • 21+ years old.
  • Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic presence.
  • Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
  • Experience with the public or live events is a plus.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for long periods.
  • Able to lift 10–20 lbs often and up to 50 lbs when needed.
  • Reliable transportation to venues across San Francisco.
  • Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and varied event schedules.
