Role Overview
As a Promotional Model with NYE Staffing in Atlanta, you will help create a strong visual and interactive presence for brands during live events. You may welcome guests, introduce products, support promotional displays, participate in photo opportunities, and help generate excitement around the client’s brand. This position requires professionalism, confidence, and the ability to stay polished and approachable throughout the full event experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in promotional modeling, event staffing, hospitality, customer-facing service, retail promotions, or live brand activations is preferred.
- Comfortable working in upscale venues, luxury environments, corporate settings, private events, and high-profile client spaces.
- Professional appearance, strong personal presentation, and the ability to meet brand-specific image standards.
- Confidence interacting with guests, clients, photographers, event managers, and brand representatives.
- Comfortable keeping an updated profile with current photos through our internal platform for client review and event selection.
- Previous experience in modeling, promotions, hosting, trade shows, product launches, or luxury events is a strong plus.
- Reliable transportation to event locations throughout Atlanta is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients at promotional events, luxury activations, trade shows, product launches, private gatherings, and brand experiences across Atlanta.
- Create positive first impressions by greeting guests with confidence, warmth, and professional energy.
- Support brand visibility by presenting products, sharing key talking points, distributing samples, or guiding guests through promotional experiences.
- Maintain a polished presence during the entire event, including posture, communication, grooming, and overall presentation.
- Participate in approved photo moments, guest interactions, promotional displays, or visual brand support when required by the event.
- Assist with light event preparation, display organization, guest direction, sample distribution, or promotional material handling.
- Follow instructions from NYE Staffing coordinators, event leads, client representatives, and venue teams.
- Keep the event atmosphere engaging, tasteful, and aligned with the client’s image and expectations.
- Maintain professional conduct when working around VIP guests, luxury clients, executives, celebrities, influencers, or high-profile attendees.
- Work respectfully with team members, event staff, security teams, venue personnel, and client representatives.
