About this Role
NYE Staffing is hiring experienced and outgoing bartenders to work at some of the most exciting events in Cleveland, from upscale weddings to large downtown gatherings. Getting started is quick.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve wine, beer, and cocktails with speed and accuracy.
- Greet guests warmly and maintain a positive tone throughout service.
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Follow all safety and alcohol service policies.
- Assist with setup before the event and help break down when it ends.
- Represent NYE Staffing with a polished, energetic presence.

What You Bring
- Prior bartending experience at events or restaurants.
- Solid drink knowledge and mixing skills.
- Strong communication and customer service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced settings.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bonus: TIPS certification or similar is a plus.
