Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
Cool under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Clean, organized, and detail-focused workspace habits.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended hours.
Must meet the legal age to serve alcohol.
TIPS or similar alcohol service certification preferred
At least 2 years of experience.
Skilled at table setup and formal service steps.
Confident carrying trays with food and beverages.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long hours.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Positive attitude and a polished, on-brand appearance.
Quick learner who can share key brand information clearly.
Ability to follow directions and work independently.
Comfortable standing for extended hours and engaging with crowds.
Friendly and comfortable speaking with guests.
Able to learn and communicate key brand messages.

Confident working in large crowds.
Reliable, professional, and punctual.
Previous promo or modeling experience is a plus.

Earnings and Tax Overview
NYE Staffing treats all team members as independent contractors. We do not withhold taxes from your earnings. Because of this, each contractor is responsible for managing and paying their own taxes. If you have any questions about tax filing, please contact a licensed tax professional for guidance. Our team cannot provide advice or assistance with tax preparation.
When and How You’ll Receive Tax Forms
If you earned over $600 in the previous calendar year, NYE Staffing will send your tax forms by the first week of February. The forms will be mailed to the address on your most recent W-9 file completed in our office. Watch your mail around that time so you can file without delay.
