Banquet Server Job | Phoenix, AZ
We are hiring banquet servers to play a key role at weddings, private functions, and corporate celebrations held across the Valley, from elegant downtown spaces to luxury Scottsdale resorts. Your Mission
As a banquet server, you will help create smooth, enjoyable events from start to finish. You’ll set up spaces, greet guests with professionalism, and ensure food and beverage service runs seamlessly. Fast paced and team oriented, this role suits those who take pride in great service.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare tables, chairs, linens, and serving areas before guests arrive.
- Serve food and drinks with accuracy and a positive attitude.
- Keep all spaces clean and organized during and after service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain flow and timing.
- Offer professional and attentive assistance to guests when needed.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurants, catering, or hospitality.
- A positive attitude and dedication to excellent service.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills under pressure.
