About the Role

This is a fast moving, people first position where you bring brands to life through real interactions. Each event offers something new, from product launches to outdoor festivals; and your job is to make every guest feel welcome and informed.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet attendees with confidence and a friendly smile.
  • Share quick, clear brand highlights that spark interest.
  • Offer samples or demos while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Distribute promotional items and track outgoing materials.
  • Assist with booth setup, signage, and light merchandising tasks.
  • Keep the event area organized, clean, and photo-ready.
  • Submit short recaps or feedback forms after shifts when requested.

  • Must be 21+ for events involving alcohol promotions.
  • Customer service or promo background preferred but not required.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus for engaging diverse crowds.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs for booth setup or event materials.
