We are looking for friendly, reliable, and skilled event staff to join our Miami team. Join our NYE Staffing family and help us succeed. Basic Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or possess valid work authorization along with a Social Security Number (SSN) card.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately, respond proactively to tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong commitment to excellence, consistently striving to deliver personal best performance in every task.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and maneuvering up to 45 lbs safely and efficiently.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
- Adaptable to changing work conditions and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

- 2 years of bartending experience

- TIPS or similar alcohol service certification (if required)
Banquet Server Job
- 2 years of serving experience, preferably in banquets or events
- Knowledge of proper table settings and serving etiquette
- Ability to carry trays of food and beverages
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
Banquet Server + Event Bartender
- 2 years of experience in both bartending and serving roles

Miami Staffing Locations
Once you’ve been contacted by our team, you will need to visit our office in person at 1200 Brickell Bay Dr Miami, FL 33131-3277. Our events take place within a 35 mile radius of this location, in areas like South Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District. This visit will help you understand where you might work, as our events happen in these well-known Miami neighborhoods.

We offer higher pay than the local market. In Miami, the minimum wage is $13 per hour, but we start our employees at $20 per hour, and you can earn up to $35 per hour, depending on the event. On top of that, they can also receive additional tips.
