Where You’ll Be Working as an NYE Staffer
If selected, you’ll need to come in for an interview at this location at 901 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, 5th floor, VA 22203. We usually hold events in Arlington, Crystal City, Rosslyn, Ballston, and Clarendon. We also have events in Washington, D.C., like Dupont Circle, Georgetown, The Wharf, National Mall, and Downtown D.C.

Once details are clarified, the coordinator will arrange the interview time.
Attend the interview and testing session. Be prepared to take a role-specific test (e.g., bartending or catering) during the interview.
Event Bartender Job
- Familiarity with a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
- Skill in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Strong focus on detail and maintaining cleanliness
- Physical endurance to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs
- Must comply with legal age regulations for alcohol service
- TIPS certification or equivalent in responsible alcohol service (if necessary)
Banquet Server Job
- At least 2 years of experience in food service, ideally in banquets or events
- Understanding of proper table settings and serving protocols
- Capability to carry trays of food and drinks
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow directions effectively
Banquet Server + Event Bartender
- Knowledgeable in cocktails as well as proper table settings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain an organized workspace.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
- TIPS certification or similar training in responsible alcohol service.
Brand Ambassador / Promo Model
- Good communication skills
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Able to stand for long periods and engage with large groups.
- Fast learner who can share important information.
