No. We do offer iPad rental for registration in some cities, but not in Miami at this time. However, our registration staff can fully use and manage any iPads, tablets, or systems that you provide for check-in, badge printing, or guest registration.

Within most central areas of Miami, we do not charge extra transportation fees for our convention staff. If the venue requires paid parking because there is no free parking available, the parking cost is the client’s responsibility and is billed separately when needed.
