Angel E. and Vanessa E. were selected to support the brand during the three day exhibition. Both had strong experience in trade shows, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales support.
Their role focused on starting helpful conversations with qualified buyers, explaining Kenyan coffee sourcing, sharing product samples, and supporting retail coffee sales throughout the event.
The staffing process began with a focused search for local professionals who could represent the brand with confidence. Several candidates were reviewed before Angel and Vanessa were chosen for their communication skills, event experience, professional presentation, and full availability.
Before the show, planning sessions helped align the staff with the client’s goals. These talks covered lead qualification, buyer engagement, sample distribution, product education, sales support, badge registration, inventory needs, and booth operations.
The activation focused on quality conversations instead of simply speaking with as many people as possible. Angel and Vanessa engaged attendees who were interested in wholesale buying, helped capture leads, and shared the value of Kenyan specialty coffee in a clear and friendly way.
Throughout the planning process, schedules, logistics, and communication were carefully managed. This helped create a smooth trade show experience and showed how trained staff can support brand education, lead generation, and buyer engagement at a focused B2B event.

A team of four registration professionals was assigned to manage guest arrival and attendee verification. Volha led the team, with support from Anthony, Arlette, and James.
The team operated several check-in stations using client-provided iPads and the Eventbrite registration platform. Staff scanned QR codes, verified registrations, searched guest names manually when needed, and answered entry-related questions.
Since many guests were expected to arrive near the start of the event, the team needed careful coordination. Staff worked closely with the onsite event contact to set up check-in procedures, manage guest flow, and reduce wait times.
During the evening, the registration team gave guests a friendly and professional first impression. They also shared key event details, including registration rules connected to raffle participation, so attendees received clear and consistent information.
The check-in process stayed organized during the full five hour service period. Thanks to strong teamwork, comfort with event technology, and attentive guest service, the team helped create a smooth arrival experience for both attendees and event organizers.

Planning for this wedding began several months before the June event date. The client first contacted NYE Staffing in January while preparing for a summer celebration in Alpine, California.
The client needed focused service support during the reception. After reviewing the event details and confirming service needs, Anthony was selected as the assigned waitstaff professional for the wedding.
Anthony supported the event during a five hour reception. His role included delivering food directly to the DJ, which allowed the vendor to remain at the station and continue supporting the celebration without interruption.
He also helped distribute individual cakes to about 50 guests. This part of service required good timing, steady movement, and clear attention to detail so dessert service could move smoothly.
Although the service plan was simple, it still required care and coordination. Anthony worked in formal attire, kept a professional presence, and helped support the flow of the reception as guest needs came up.
By staying focused on timely food delivery and attentive service, Anthony helped create a smooth guest experience. The wedding was completed successfully, giving the client reliable support for a celebration planned months in advance.
