This staffing request was received on May 11, 2026 for a large private event scheduled just days later on May 19 in McLean, Virginia. Because of the short timeline, the project required immediate staffing outreach, scheduling coordination, and operational planning. The client, who has more than 45 years of experience in the hospitality industry, emphasized the importance of professionalism, reliability, and staff preparedness from the beginning.
NYE Staffing assembled a team of 12 hospitality professionals consisting of 6 bartenders and 6 event servers. Carolina was assigned as Lead Server while Alaya served as Lead Bartender to help coordinate service operations. The event was held at the Hilton Worldwide Corporate Headquarters, where our team worked alongside the client's existing management structure to ensure smooth execution and consistent service standards.
Leading up to the event, our team coordinated staffing confirmations, arrival procedures, venue access instructions, and service expectations. On event day, all staff arrived on time, professionally dressed, and fully prepared. Following the event, the client shared exceptional feedback regarding the quality of the bartenders and servers provided. The successful execution also opened discussions regarding future staffing opportunities for a larger event project in Orlando.

On October 25, 2023, NYE Staffing provided registration staffing support for the annual Customer Service Awards event organized by MarketPlace Development and hosted by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA). The event recognized restaurants, retailers, concessionaires, and customer service professionals who showed outstanding service across the airport system operated by MWAA in the Washington DC metropolitan region.
NYE Staffing supplied two experienced Registration Staff members to manage guest check-in operations for approximately 150 attendees. The team welcomed guests, verified attendance, assisted with entry procedures, and helped keep the arrival process organized. Because first impressions begin at registration, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were important from the start.
Before the event, NYE Staffing coordinated scheduling, arrival details, and registration procedures to help the team prepare. During the program, our staff remained organized, professional, and guest-focused while assisting attendees and supporting the event organizers. After the event, the client shared that they were satisfied with the staff performance and the smooth guest experience created at check-in.

The Fine Jewelry Trunk Show took place from November 6 through November 8, 2025, at the Hermès Washington, DC boutique. Since the event was held inside an active luxury store, the role required more than standard event service.
The client requested a male server with experience in high-end guest service. NYE Staffing assigned a hospitality professional who had already supported Hermès events before. This helped create a smooth and familiar service experience.
During the event, the server provided passed beverage service, supported guest interactions, and maintained a polished look at all times. Before service began, NYE Staffing also coordinated uniform details, grooming standards, security steps, and boutique access instructions.
This project required care, discretion, and strong hospitality awareness. Through detailed planning and experienced staffing, NYE Staffing helped support a successful luxury retail activation in Washington, DC.

NYE Staffing supported a large luxury hospitality activation for Cartier in partnership with Olivier Cheng Catering & Events. The project included VIP appointments and gala dinners across Washington, DC and Great Falls, Virginia.

From October 20 through October 28, 2023, NYE Staffing coordinated staffing for a multi-day luxury event series for Cartier. The activation included VIP client appointments and two formal gala dinners.
The VIP appointments welcomed about 50 to 60 guests per day. NYE Staffing provided beverage attendants, station attendants, kitchen assistants, and guest-facing promo models. Each team member was selected for presentation, professionalism, and strong guest service.
NYE Staffing also supported two gala dinners with about 200 guests each. These events required larger teams of servers, kitchen assistants, and support staff working in a fine dining service setting.
Throughout the project, NYE Staffing managed schedules, staff rotations, uniforms, transportation, security needs, and event updates. With clear communication and flexible support, NYE Staffing helped deliver a smooth luxury hospitality experience across both locations.
