According to the package you choose, your personal account executive will send you a quote and a presentation with photos, sizes and previous experience of available staff (only for Select and Custom packages).

Confirm your event details, select the uniform and make your staff selections (only for Select and Custom package).

At the moment you communicate, a person will assign you an executive representative who will attend you with dedication and will be the contact person and your personal assistant before, during and after your event. 

 
 
 

FAQ Hiring Model Brand Ambassador

A brand ambassador will provide information about your brand (informed by you), can distribute marketing material, can use your brand (Sizes will be discussed), make questionnaires, deliver samples of your product and describe it. Contact our account executive to clarify your needs.

You can tell our account manager the criteria you would like and your needs and we will choose the staff for you or the other option is that we can hold an online casting of the available brand ambassadors and you choose the most convenient one for you.

Although our expectation is always that our ambassadors arrive on time, if it happens that they arrive 30 minutes past the agreed time, you will be reimbursed for time by our office.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the brand ambassadors for your event and a 100% of the amount is due no later than 3 days prior to the event.

We understand that sometimes the plans do not turn out as expected. Cancellation of a brand ambassador will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made one day or less than the date of the event, the cancellation fee will be 100%.
