We prioritize safety and peace of mind for every event. All our staff are fully insured and covered by worker’s compensation. If your NYC venue or location requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we can provide it promptly.
Logistics and Merchandise Support
Our event staff bring energy and professionalism to represent your product. We can also hand out flyers, and if you need printing, we take care of that too. We deliver the flyers straight to your event. We can store up to four small boxes, each no bigger than one square meter. This way, your items are ready whenever you need them.

What roles can I book?
We provide brand ambassadors, certified bartenders, servers, hosts, registration staff, promo teams, and more for corporate and social events.
How much is the deposit to reserve staff?
You can reserve your team with a $50 deposit. The deposit is applied to your final balance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least seven business days before the event receive a 100% refund.
Can you provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance)?
Yes. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance for your venue upon request. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing.
Are your bartenders certified?
Yes. Our bartenders are certified and trained for responsible alcohol service.
Do you travel outside NYC?
Yes. We can staff events outside New York City. An additional transport fee based on distance and tolls applies. Our vans allow us to support larger teams and longer trips.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking early, especially for peak dates. We also accept last-minute requests when staff are available.
