Bartender Job in The Hamptons
We are hiring outgoing bartenders for luxury events across The Hamptons. If you know how to mix drinks, stay cool under pressure, and enjoy working around people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. First, you’ll complete a short video test. If you pass, we will invite you to a second review. After that, we’ll help you onboard so you can start working events right away to join our team.
What We are Looking For
Previous bartending experience at private events or restaurants
Comfortable mixing cocktails, pouring wine, and serving beer
Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
Able to work in fast-paced settings and handle multiple orders
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a must
TIPS certification or similar is a plus
What You Will Do
Prepare and serve drinks with accuracy and speed
Greet guests and create a welcoming bar atmosphere
Keep the bar neat, stocked, and organized throughout the event
Set up before and clean up after the event
Follow alcohol safety guidelines and serve responsibly
Work closely with the team to support the event flow
