Before the event, we always send a full briefing to our team. This includes the plan, each person’s job and the timeline. For check-in, we can manage the team, bring the iPads, and handle the registration system. We accept guest lists updates the day before and add new names right away.

Yes, we can also provide along with our iPads the registration Sofware for your event, it will have an additional cost of $145 even if you have multiple days of event the cost will keep in just one purchase.
Call time is set based on your needs. If you require staff to arrive 30 minutes, 1 hour, or even earlier before the event starts, just let us know. We will include your requested call time in the invoice, and our team will arrive exactly when you need them.
