Need iPads for smooth event registration? We can assist! Along with promo models, we can provide iPads for your big event. For a small additional fee, we can also include access to registration software to help check in guests efficiently and ensure they receive all the event details they need.

Before the event, we always send a full briefing to our team. This includes the plan, each person’s job and the timeline. For check-in, we can manage the team, bring the iPads, and handle the registration system. We accept guest lists updates the day before and add new names right away.

We understand that sometimes things changes. If you need to cancel please let your account executive know as soon as possible, so you will have 100% refund. Cancellation will result in: If you cancel more than 7 business days before your event, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel within 7 business days of the event, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 2 business days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Yes, we provide iPad if you need to use an accurate system to sign your guests and have a data after your event if you needed.

Generally this does not happen, but if it does you can talk to the team leader or you can call your account executive directly

Yes, we can also provide along with our iPads the registration Sofware for your event, it will have an additional cost of $145 even if you have multiple days of event the cost will keep in just one purchase.

Call time is set based on your needs. If you require staff to arrive 30 minutes, 1 hour, or even earlier before the event starts, just let us know. We will include your requested call time in the invoice, and our team will arrive exactly when you need them.
